Boiler constructed in accordance with requirements of Section IV of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
All boilers are inspected and stamped for conformity to requirements of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
Water leg design supplies washouts at all four corners of base of boiler. Water leg design also eliminates need for refractory combustion chamber. Water leg/water tube design means quick recovery.
Rugged 2-inch water tube design and welded construction eliminates thermal shock.
Sloping water tubes and crown sheet provide continuous self-cleaning action and rapid mixing of the return water.
